(Monnet's theatre built in 1752 for the Opéra-Comique at the Foire Saint-Laurent. The theatre was neoclassical in design and had two levels of boxes with an amphitheatre at the rear and a parterre for standees in front. François Boucher participated in the design of the theatre and painted the ceilings.
