Margo Skinner (April 13, 1921 - January 13, 1993) was born, raised, and died in San
Francisco. In between, she lived there and also traveled the world. She was a poet
and critic, journalist, writer, and life-long social organizer. She knew many interesting,
often famous, people of the day, and had her eyes and ears on the heartbeat of culture.
Margo remains relevant as ever, in our humble opinion, and we take delight in presenting
her to you, the public, through this tribute web page.
